- The Thrive Hub is located on the ground floor of the Jubilee Building - J Block on the left after the security barriers.

- The most accessible route has step-free level access and manual doors.
- There is no signage on or near the entrance.

- There are double manual doors which open towards you.
- One of the doors was locked at the time of the survey.
