Introduction
- There are 4 residential blocks and a studio block. Block A has 160 rooms, Blocks B, C and D have a range of rooms between 130 and 140 per block. The Studio Block has 68 Studios. There is a launderette and common room.

- The kitchens are also equipped with an oven, microwave and fridge/freezer.
- The table is 92cm to the surface and 87cm to the underside. There are chairs without armrests, an arm chair and sofa.
Launderette
- Access to the launderette is via a heavy single door which opens inwards. The door is 86cm wide.
- The launderette has washing machines and dryers, with some placed at a low level. There is one dryer at floor level.
- Each washing machine has a payment window for card payment. The payment window is 102cm high. The controls for the washing machines are between 92cm to 102cm. There is a Circuit top up machine to top up payment cards.
- There is a non-slip floor and lighting is moderate to good.

Common Room
- There is a common room for students to use.
- It is equipped with a pool table, seating, television and vending machines.
