Generic (Route from Security)

  • Depending on which security checkpoint you are located at, World Duty Free will be located to the right or straight ahead.
    When facing World Duty Free, there is a corridor on the left hand side just before the entrance.
    Follow the corridor to the end (approximately 10 metres).
    At the end of the corridor there is a lift and stairs which lead up to the mezzanine level.
    Take the lift to the mezzanine level.
    Exit the Security lift and turn left towards the Aspire Lounge.
    Just before you reach the Aspire Lounge entrance turn right onto the wooden surface.
    Follow the wooden surface straight ahead to the end.
    Turn right when you reach the end of the wooden surface.
    Gates 7-20 will be on the left hand side.
    The Gates 7-20 entrance is approximately 38 metres from the Security lift.
    There is level access.

Getting To Departure Gates (7 to 20)

  • The gates are located on the mezzanine level of the Departure Lounge, at the rear.
  • The type of flooring along the route is tiles.
  • There is flooring along the route which is shiny and could cause issues with glare or look slippery to some people.
  • There are not travelators available along the route. .
  • Assistance vehicles are available.
  • There are resting/seating areas along the route.
  • Wayfinding signage is available along the route.
  • The lighting levels along the route are moderate to good.
