Entrance (from Pick Up and Drop-off Point)
- This entrance is located straight ahead from the drop-off and pick up points.
- There is step-free level access at the entrance.
- The entrance area is clearly signed.
- There is a canopy or recess which provides weather protection at this entrance.
- There is a help point with a telephone number to call for assistance.
- There are double automatic doors which open by sliding.
- The width of the opening is 195cm.
- The doors have a low visual contrast.
Entrance (from Silver Zone Bus Shuttle)
- This entrance is located straight ahead after you depart the bus.
- There is step-free level access at the entrance.
- The entrance area is clearly signed.
- There is a canopy or recess which provides weather protection at this entrance.
- There is a help point with a telephone number to call for assistance.
- There are double manual gates which open away from you.
- The width of the opening is 220cm.
- The gates have a low visual contrast.
- The bus driver will open the gates before you depart the bus.

Entrance (from Bus Station)
- This entrance is located to the right after you depart the bus.

Entrance (from Terminal Building)
- This entrance is located straight ahead after you exit the terminal building.
- There is step-free access via a slope at the entrance.
- The slight slope is over 150cm wide, with no handrails.
- The slope from the terminal building is long.
- The entrance area is clearly signed.
- There is a canopy or recess which provides weather protection at this entrance.
- There is a help point with a telephone number to call for assistance.
- There are double automatic doors which open by sliding.

Lift (to Multi-Storey Car Park)
- The lift is located to the rear left of the Passenger Transport Interchange after you enter from the terminal building.
- The floors which are accessible by the lift surveyed are 0, 1, 2, 3 and 4.
- The lift does have a recommended turning space (150cm x 150cm) in front of it.
- The lift door has a low visual contrast.
- The external lift control buttons have a low visual contrast and tactile markings.
- All of the external lift controls are at the recommended height (between 90cm - 120cm).
- The lift door opening width is 178cm.
- The internal dimensions of the lift are 179cm x 271cm.
- The internal lift control buttons have tactile markings and a medium visual contrast.
- All of the internal lift controls are at the recommended height (between 90cm - 120cm).

Stairs (to Multi-Storey Car Park)
- The floors which are accessible by stairs are to the rear left of the Passenger Transport Interchange after you enter from the terminal building.
- There are 17 steps, which are clearly marked, with handrails on both sides.

- The handrails cover the flight of stairs throughout its length.
- The handrails extend horizontally beyond the first and last step.
- The height of the highest step is 17cm.
- Lighting levels are moderate to good.
- There are two sets of manual double doors to the staircase. Both doors have a width of 145cm. .
Toilet with Adaptations (No Transfer Space)
- This toilet is located to the right after you exit the lift from the car park.
- This toilet is approximately 33m from the lift.
