Getting Inside
- The approach to the building is step-free via slight slopes.
- Tower C has two entrances.
- There is an entrance to the rear of the building with two sets of automatic doors, accessed by a slight ramp overcoming steps.
- There is an entrance at the front of the building, with one set of automatic double doors, accessed by a steep ramp bypassing steps, and an additional 3cm step at the threshold.
- The main entrance is signed as Tower C, the rear entrance is not signed.
- Both entrances give access the ground floor lobby.
Getting Around
- There is step-free level access throughout the building on all floors.
- Due to RAAC Construction the majority of the ground floor is not in use within the building and is inaccessible.
- There is a ramp and steps in the ground floor lobby to access the areas of the building which are currently inaccessible. There is no reason to currently use this level change as the doors it leads to are locked.
- Floor surfaces along all circulation routes are hard and smooth, with some having a shiny finish.
- There are resting areas in some circulation and lobby areas with a mixture of seating.
- Overhead and wall mounted wayfinding signage is provided throughout the building.
- There are manual doors along circulation routes throughout the building.
