TAILOR YOUR HOLIDAY TO YOUR REQUIREMENTS
If you’ve got any special requests for your trip, let us know when you book. If you’ve already booked, please get in touch with us, or speak to your Crystal Hub if you booked through them.
We’ll always do our best to meet your requirements, though some things are out of our control, so we’ll let you know either way. As such, these requests don't form part of our holiday contract with you and can't be guaranteed. If your request is essential to your holiday arrangements, please let us know when you book.
If you're disabled, elderly or have a specific medical condition, lots of our accommodation will be able to help. The best way to book with us is to give us a call so we can speak to you about your specific needs and check that your chosen accommodation or resort is suitable.

If you or someone you’re travelling with has specific dietary requirements, we're happy to help.
Please tell us when you book your holiday – or contact us as soon as possible afterwards if you've booked online – and we’ll make a note that will be sent to your accommodation or airline.
