Access Guide
Getting To (Coronary Care Unit)
- The Coronary Care Unit is located on level 4.
- The Coronary Care Unit is approximately 20m from the main hospital entrance.
- From the accessible parking, cross the access road and the main hospital entrance will be directly ahead.
There are bollards, dropped kerbs and tactile paving at the access road and bollards as you approach the entrance. - Access to the Coronary Care Unit is via the lifts 3 and 4.
- Enter the hospital via the main hospital entrance.
Bear right and follow the corridor.
After passing a bank of lifts turn right.
Follow the corridor to the bank of lifts on the left.
Take a lift to level 4.
On exiting the lift bear left and the Coronary Care Unit is located on the right. - There is step free access to the Coronary Care Unit.
- The most accessible route includes manual doors which are held open.
- Some flooring is shiny and patterned.
- There are resting areas along the route.
- Wayfinding signage is provided.
- Dementia friendly signage is not provided.
