Introduction
- Services / facilities within the building include the School of Applied Sciences, School of Health & Social Care, science and biotech laboratories, clinical skills centre, Learning Resource Centre, Sighthill Cafe, staff offices, postgraduate centre, print hub, classrooms, lecture theatres.
- Services / facilities within the grounds include the [EN]GAGE sports centre.
- This building is made up of five separate blocks.
- Block A is straight ahead as you enter and is the central atrium.
- Block B is to the left as you enter, to the front of the building.
- Block C is to the left as you enter, to the rear of the building.
- Block D is to the right as you enter, to the rear of the building.
- Block E is to the right as you enter, to the front of the building.
- Block A contains the reception, Sighthill Café, ENSA Hangout Social Space, A Space to Create, access to lecture theatres 1 and 2, and stairs and lift access to levels 0 to 3 and links to all blocks.
- Block B contains school, staff and academic offices, Finance Office, Visa & International Support Office, Print Hub, Postgraduate Centre, laboratories and classrooms.
- Block C contains laboratories, clinical skills suite, and training wards.
- Block D contains Lecture Theatres and classrooms.

Getting Here

By Road

- Sighthill Campus is located to the west of the city centre and offers a site car park.
The campus is accessed off the A71 (Calder Road), close to the A720 City of Edinburgh Bypass and M8 motorway. - The main car park is located to the left side of the building in front of the sports centre.
There are further designated blue badge bays adjacent to the building and in the visitors car park opposite on Sighill Court.
Drop-offs can be made in front of the building.
- Sighthill Campus is located to the west of the city centre and offers a site car park.

By Bus
View
- Several Lothian Buses services from the city centre and Edinburgh Airport stop close to the campus:
- Services 3, 21, 25, 32, 34, 36 and Citylink 300 from the city centre stop at bus stop 'Sighthill Shops' on Calder Road.
- Services 2, 12 and 22 from the city centre stop at bus stop 'Bankhead (W)' on Bankhead Drive.
- Citylink 300 from Edinburgh Airport (Stance F) stops at bus stop 'Sighthill' on Calder Road.
Service 36 serves all three university campuses. The majority of buses are operated by Lothian Buses.
Up to the minute "real time" bus timetable information is now available at the majority of bus stops across the city.

By Train

- Sighthill Campus is 1 mile from Edinburgh Park Station for local Scotrail train services. It is 5.2 miles from Edinburgh Waverley Station and 3.8 miles from Edinburgh Haymarket Station, which provide national rail links and overnight sleeper train links.

- Edinburgh Park tram stop provides access to the city centre or airport, 1 mile from the campus. It also links to the Edinburgh Park mainline station.
