Access Guide
Introduction
- Services / facilities within the building include Medicine, Biology, Biomedical Sciences, Cell and Molecular Biology, Molecular Biosciences, Advanced Biotechnology Centre, the Centre for Chronobiology, the Department for Infection Disease- which includes research study spaces, meeting rooms staff offices and social space and kitchen, and the Loud Bird Café.
Location of Toilet/Changing Facilities
- Accessible toilet facilities are located within the toilets area, opposite the main lifts on floors 1-6.
There is a toilet with adaptations on the ground floor, in the rear right of the building as well as a toilet with adaptations with a shower to the left as you enter through the main entrance.
All the toilets with adaptations in this building are left hand transfer. - Shared standard toilet facilities are located by the lift lobbies on floors 1-6, as well as to the rear right on the ground floor.
- Female and male standard toilet facilities are located to the rear left of the ground floor, as well as by Lecture Theatre 1 on the first floor.
- Female standard toilet facilities are located by the left side office lift on floors 2, 4 and 6.
Whilst the male standard toilets facilities are found on floors 1, 3 and 5 by the same lift. - Parent and baby changing facilities are located within the toilet with adaptations in the rear right of the ground floor.
