- The Chapel is a large rectangular building, single story, with a mezzanine balcony.
- The mezzanine balcony is accessed via two similar staircases, located at each end of the building.

- There is a campus car park, with Blue Badge parking available.

Getting Inside
- The approach to the building is step-free via slight slopes.
- The step-free approach to the Chapel is from Central Drive. There is stepped access on the approach from Union Square.
- The Chapel has two entrances, both of which provide step-free access to the ground floor, via slight slopes.
The accessible entrance is the furthest from Union Square and has automatic doors. - The entrances are not named.
- The accessible entrance gives access to the ground floor, and the main body of the Chapel.
- The doors of the entrance closer to Union Square are manual.
Getting Around
- There is step-free access on the majority of the ground floor of the chapel.
- On the ground floor there is a single step to access the main Chapel altar area.
- The mezzanine balcony has three levels of tiered seating.
- Floor surfaces along all circulation routes are hard and smooth.
- There are resting areas in the lobbies, immediately after the entrances with a mixture of seating.
- Overhead and wall mounted wayfinding signage is provided throughout
the building.
The signage does vary in terms of type, font and colour. - There are manual doors to access some lobbies and corridors.
- There is signage for a hearing assistance system located to the right of the altar in the East Chapel.
