- Services available in the venue include: the council chamber, councillors' political and administration offices, public gallery, committee and meeting rooms, and other facilities for elected representatives.
The building also houses a function room (Sessions Hall), lecture theatre, further general non-political council offices, and a restaurant.

Two standard on-street parking bays with electric vehicle charging points are also available outside the building, at the end of County Road.
