Getting To (Pathology)

The most accessible route from Car Park B has a very easy slope, uneven surfaces, a dropped kerb with tactile paving, bollards and a pedestrian crossing.

Access to the Pathology Unit is via the Main Hospital Entrance.
There is not a drop-off point at this entrance.

The Pathology Unit is located on Green Street.
The Pathology Unit is approximately 151m from the Main Hospital Entrance.
Enter the hospital via the main entrance, bear right past the reception desk and follow the corridor to Green Street.
Turn right and follow the Green Street corridor.
The Pathology Unit is located on the right.
Internally the most accessible route has step-free level access and doors permanently held open.
Some flooring along the route is shiny .
There are resting areas along the route.
Wayfinding signage is provided.
Signage is clearly visible with high contrasting colours.

This entrance is located at the front of the hospital opposite Sharoe Green Lane.
The entrance area is clearly signed.
