Introduction
- There are numerous access points around the perimeter of the park with the most accessible being from Meadway or Hanworth Road.

Location
- There is a bus stop within 150m (164yds) of the venue.
- The nearest National Rail station is Whitton.
- The nearest underground station is Hounslow Central.
- There are Transport for London bus stops for the Meadway access point, Hospital Bridge Road for Willow Way Stops F and N, Shore Grove for the Water Mill Way access points, Water Mill Way and Towfield Road for the Saxon Avenue access points, Hanworth Road for Ellerman Avenue Stop AS, and Lincoln Avenue.

Access Point (Great Chertsey Road)
- This access point is located off the Great Chertsey Road, near the Hospital Bridge roundabout.

- There are double manual gates, however one gate is locked or bolted.
- The gate opens away from you.
- The width of the opening is 117cm.
- The gates have a low visual contrast.
- The gate has a sliding bolt lock.
- There is another access point on the other side of the road.
- There is a central bollard at this access point.
- There are only rough grass paths into the park using this access point.
- There is a further access point to the park, approximately 200m further down the road away from the roundabout.
- Access here is via a steep slope and uneven ground.
Access Point (Water Mill Way)
- This access point is located off Water Mill Way, between Hill Grove and Shore Grove.
- The approach to the access point has uneven surfaces.
- The access point is not clearly signed.
- There is step-free access via slope.
- The slope has a slight gradient.
- There is an open gap.
- The width of the opening is 110cm.
- There is step-free level access as you enter.
- There are also access points off Water Mill Way at Shore Grove, Gatfield Grove, Basden Grove, and Evans Grove.
- The bollards at the Gatfield Grove, Basden Grove and Evans Grove access points vary between 110cm and 130cm wide.
- There are no bollards at the Shore Grove access point.
- Further access into the park via the Gatfield Grove, Basden Grove and Evans Grove access points is via a steep slope and uneven ground.
- The access point at Evans Grove has a tapered width restriction before the bollards.
- The opening tapers from 82cm at the bottom of the gap, to 52cm at the top of the gap.
Access Point (Saxon Avenue)
- This access point is located off the set back residential area on Saxon Avenue, opposite Nene Gardens.
- The access point is not clearly signed.
- There is step-free access via slope.
- The slope has a steep gradient.
- There is an open gap.
- The width of the opening is 169cm.
- There is step-free level access to a seating area.
- Further access into the park is via a path on a steep slope.
- There are further open gap access points off Saxon Avenue at Edmund Grove, and opposite Towfield Road.
- The slopes at these access points are on a slight gradient.
Access Point (Hanworth Road)
- This access point is located on Hanworth Road, opposite Mill Farm Crescent.
- The approach to the access point has bollards.
- The access point is clearly signed.
- There is step-free access via slope.
- The slope has a slight gradient.
- There is an open gap.
- The minimum width between the bollards is 160cm.
- There is step-free level access as you enter.
- There is a similar alternative access point off Hanworth Road, opposite the entrance to the crematorium.
- There is a third access point in between these access points.
- Access here has a width of 163cm, and consists of compacted earth and uneven ground.

- This entrance is onto a bridge over the River Crane.
- The bridge is approximately 8m long.
- For further access to the Crane Park Island there is a slope with a steep gradient at the end of the bridge.

- The path(s) has a / have gravel, compact earth, loose wood chippings and muddy surface(s).
- The majority of the path(s) is not / are not wide enough for wheelchair users.
