- The LSBU - Hub is a large building with four floors.
- There are two main lifts and three main staircases.
There are additional lifts and staircases in the building which are not in general usage. - The floors are signed as 00, 01, 02 and 03.

- The venue does not have its own car park.
- The nearest train station is Elephant and Castle.

Getting Inside
- There are slight slopes approach to the main entrance.
There are bollards on approach to the entrance. - The main entrance is signed as LSBU Hub and provides access by lift into the first floor of the building. The entrance has push pad automatic doors.
The lift has a very small steep ramp on the lower level.
Getting Around
- There is step-free level access throughout the building.
- The majority of floor surfaces in the circulation routes are hard and smooth with a shiny finish.
Some areas of flooring are carpeted. - There are resting areas in some circulation and lobby areas with a mixture of seating.
- There is overhead, wall mounted signage and maps throughout the building.

- Toilets with adaptations are located throughout floors 01, 02 and 03.
- The transfer space varies between left and right in the toilets with adaptations.
