Getting Help and Assistance

- The sunflower room is located in the Terminal 1 Departures Lounge.
There is an assistance dog spending area located in Terminal 2 next to Departure Gates B.
Passengers are escorted to this area by a member of staff.
Passengers with booked assistance: Passengers who have booked assistance should note that you can only be dropped off near to the Departures area.
If you require help to get to the assistance check-in desk, passenger's helpers are required to park in the short-term parking at arrivals, walk through to arrivals, go up a lift and around the corner to reach the assistance check-in desk, and request further assistance for the passenger.
All parking in the multi-storey is pre-booked only.
Getting To The Airport
- Manchester Airport is 9 miles south of Manchester city centre, next to the M56 and with easy links to the M6, M60 and M62.
The postcode for the airport is M90 1QX. - There are a number of car parks available at the airport including T1 Short Stay, T1 Meet and Greet, T1 Multi Storey, T1-3 Mid Stay, T2 - Multi Storey West, T2 Multi Storey Easy, T2 Meet and Greet, T3 Long Stay and T3 Meet and Greet.

- The nearest Railway Station is Manchester Airport.
- Manchester Airport railway station is located between Terminal 3 and Terminal 2.
The terminals are connected by the Skylink walkway.
There is lift access from the station to the Skylink.
There are travelators located along the Skylink.
