Getting Help and Assistance

- There is a member of staff available for help and assistance.
- British Sign Language can be provided virtually.
- There is a designated assistance dog spending area.
- The sunflower room is located in the Terminal 1 Departures Lounge.
There is an assistance dog spending area located in Terminal 2 next to Departure Gates B.
Passengers are escorted to this area by a member of staff.
Passengers with booked assistance: Passengers who have booked assistance should note that you can only be dropped off near to the Departures area.
If you require help to get to the assistance check-in desk, passenger's helpers are required to park in the short-term parking at arrivals, walk through to arrivals, go up a lift and around the corner to reach the assistance check-in desk, and request further assistance for the passenger.
All parking in the multi-storey is pre-booked only.
Pick up and Drop Off Points
- There is a clearly marked accessible pick up point available.
- There is a clearly marked pick up point available.
- The pick up point is located via the Terminal 3 - Multi Storey Car Park entrance.
- The most accessible route from the arrivals area to the pick-up point has step-free level access, dropped kerbs with tactile paving and uneven surfaces.
