    The property has a dedicated unmarked parking area at the end of the driveway, with additional parking to the rear of the house.

    The house has 2 steps leading to the entrance via the front car park, and a further 2 steps to enter at the door. Access to the Utility Room and Kitchen on the ground floor is also stepped, and access to the first floor is by stairs.

    The ground floor provides a kitchen, dining room, sitting room, utility room, bedroom, and shared bathroom.

    The remaining bedrooms and additional shared bathroom are found on the first floor.

    The garden to the front of the property is accessed by 2 steps via the front car park, or 2 steps via the main door at the front of the house. The rear patio is accessed by 8 steps via the rear exit.
