    Craflwyn Hall Farm is an 8 bedroom house which sits within the Craflwyn Estate in heart of Eryri (Snowdonia).

    The property has a dedicated unmarked parking area located to the side.

    The house has a ramp/slope step to enter. Access to the small sitting room and the bar room on the ground floor is stepped. Access to the first floor is by stairs, with further steps to access some bedrooms and the bathroom facilities.

    The ground floor provides a kitchen/Dining room, large sitting room/dining room, small sitting room, library sitting room, bar room, utility room, drying room, conservatory, and 3 shared toilets.

    The bedrooms and shared bathroom facilities are found on the first floor.

    The garden surrounding the house is accessed by ramp/slope via the door to the front of the house, by 1 step via the door leading from the kitchen, or by ramp/slope via the door leading from the conservatory. The seating areas have stepped access. There is step-free access to the garden from the front of the property, however the route is across grass and loose chippings.
