Dyffryn Mymbyr Farm House is a 4 bedroom house which sits within the Conwy countryside, in central Eryri (Snowdonia).

The property has a dedicated unmarked parking area to the side.  

The house has 3 steps to enter via a front entrance, and access to the kitchen and rear sitting room on the ground floor is also stepped. Access to the first floor is by stairs. An external laundry/utility room has 1 step to enter, accessed by the house exit with 2 steps.

The ground floor provides a kitchen, dining room, and front and rear sitting rooms.

The bedrooms and shared bathrooms are found on the first floor.

The patio to the front of the property is accessed by 3 steps via the main door at the front of the house, or by 2 steps via the house exit. There is step-free access to the patio from the side of the property.
