Egryn is a 5 bedroom house which sits within the Eryri National Park, close to the Gwynedd coastline.

The property has a dedicated unmarked parking area to the side.

The house has step-free level access to enter, with stepped access to the kitchen, utility room and shared bathroom on the ground floor. Access to the first floor is by stairs, with further steps to access the bedrooms and shared bathroom.

The ground floor provides a sitting room, kitchen, utility room, dining room, bedroom, and shared bathroom.

The remaining bedrooms, shared bathroom, toilet, and additional sitting room are found on the first floor.

The garden surrounding the property has step-free access from the main door at the front of the house. There are stepped access routes out into the garden via the kitchen and utility room. The outdoor seating area is accessed via steps.
