Rosetta Cottage is a 5 bedroom house which sits on the seafront in Cowes, on the Isle of Wight.

The property has a dedicated unmarked parking area to the rear.

The house has 1 step to enter via the front and rear entrances, and access on the ground floor to the kitchen and one of the sitting rooms is also stepped. Access to the first floor is by stairs, with a further step to access one of the shared bathrooms, and a ramp/slope to access one of the bedrooms.  

The ground floor provides a kitchen, dining room, 2 sitting rooms, a shared toilet, and a bedroom. This bedroom includes an ensuite with adaptations for disabled people.

The shared bathrooms, and remaining bedrooms and shared toilet are found on the first floor.

The garden at the side and rear of the property is accessed by 1 step via the main front door, the rear door, and the doors leading from the dining room and ground floor bedroom. There is step-free access to the garden from the front of the property and from the car parking area, however the route is across loose chippings and grass. Access to the seating area is by ramp/slope.
