From Quay car park, continue straight ahead past The Edgcumbe café and then go left onto the Quay.
Head right, past the information centre and the entrance to the discovery centre is around the rear of the building.
The route to the area is step-free via a slight ramp/slope.
Path surfaces along the route are tarmac and gravel.
The majority of the paths are wide enough for wheelchair users.
There is an accessible shuttle which can take visitors to this area.

The majority of walkway widths are between 120cm and 180cm.
There is no (or very little) background noise here.
