Equipment and Resources to Borrow
- You can borrow or hire the following equipment: manual wheelchairs. It is highly recommended that these are booked in advance, where this is possible. Please check the National Trust website for details.

- You can borrow or hire the following mobility vehicles: an off-road/all-terrain mobility scooter. It is highly recommended that these are booked in advance, where this is possible. Please check the National Trust website for details.
- There are charges to borrow an off-road/all-terrain mobility scooter.
- The hire charge is £2.50 per hour.

Route to (Parklands)
- From the car park, head towards the left hand side of the Park Café towards a map, then follow the path right.
- The route to the area is step-free via a very steep ramp/slope.

- The majority of the paths are wide enough for wheelchair users.
Hikes and Trails
- The walk is approximately 1 mile.
- The route goes from the car park, around the house and gardens towards the river and loops back around to the car park.
- The hike is not open 24 hours.
- None of the paths are lit at night.
- The route includes the following surfaces: tarmac and gravel.
- Some of the route contains steep gradients.
- There are no alternative routes to avoid these areas.
- The route is clearly signposted.
- Seating is not available on the route.
- There are no toilet facilities along the route.
