Branch Adaptations

  • There is a 'helping hand unit' which has items that may help you, such as pen grips and magnifiers - please ask a colleague.
  • There are ‘Speak Easy’ cards which will be out in the banking hall or on the counter. These are communication cards for people who find it difficult to speak. Learn more about 'Speak Easy' (opens a new window).

  • In-person interpreters, such as BSL and Deafblind, can be booked in advance. A colleague can help with this.

  • Assistance dogs are welcome.
