Branch Adaptations

  • There is a 'helping hand unit' which has items that may help you, such as pen grips and magnifiers - please ask a colleague.
  • There are ‘Speak Easy’ cards which will be out in the banking hall or on the counter. These are communication cards for people who find it difficult to speak. Learn more about 'Speak Easy' (opens a new window).
  • Remote BSL interpreters are available on customers’ own devices through SignVideo. Your device will need to be WiFi enabled and have a camera and a speaker. Learn more about SignVideo (opens a new window).
  • In-person interpreters, such as BSL and Deafblind, can be booked in advance. A colleague can help with this.

  • You can request documents in alternative format including braille, large print and audio – please ask a colleague.
  • Assistance dogs are welcome.
