Access Guide
Introduction
- The Tyne Cyclists and Pedestrian Tunnel is open 24 hours a day and free to use.
- There is Blue Badge parking available on both sides of the tunnel.
- The tunnels are monitored by CCTV.
- There are help points with flip down seating next to the vertical lifts and along the tunnel.
- There is a security team located on site.
