Getting To (Hadrian Unit)

The most accessible route from the car park has a steep ramp or slope, a dropped kerb and bollards.
Access to the Hadrian Unit is via the Main Building entrance.
There is a drop-off point at this entrance.
The Hadrian Unit is located on the right side of the main building.
The Hadrian Unit is approximately 55m from the Main Building entrance.
Enter via the Main Building entrance and proceed ahead.
Turn right before reception and continue along the corridor.
Turn left and continue to the end of the corridor.
The entrance to the Hadrian Unit is located on the right. .
Internally the most accessible route has step-free level access, doors permanently held open and automatic doors.
Some flooring along the route is shiny.
There are resting areas along the route.
Wayfinding signage is provided.
Signage is clearly visible with high contrasting colours.
The following toilet facilities are available along the route; a toilet with adaptations (with left hand transfer) and standard toilets.

Car Park View
- The car park is located at the front of the Main Building.
- The car park is open air/surface.
- The car park surface consists of tarmac.
- There are 6 designated Blue Badge parking bays available.
- The Blue Badge bays are clearly marked.
- The surveyed Blue Badge parking bay dimensions are 230cm (width) x 460cm (depth).
- The hatched/marked zones vary between bays.

- Toilets with adaptations are located to the right of the reception desk, and along the corridor to the left from the reception desk.
- The toilets with adaptations have a transfer space on both sides.
- The male and female step-free standard toilet facilities are located along the corridor to the left from the reception desk, and to the right from the reception desk, following the corridor to the left towards the rear of the building.
Changing Places and Changing Facilities View
- Parent and baby changing facilities are located within the toilet with adaptions on the right side of the reception desk.
