Getting Inside
- The approach to the building is step-free and level.
- Albert Stern House has two entrances. Both entrances provide stepped access to the ground floor.
There is a single, manual door available at the main entrance and double manual doors at the rear entrance. - The main entrance is signed as Albert Stern House and the rear entrance is not signed.
- The rear entrance is accessed through the entrance to Ifor Evans Place which involves several sets of steps.
Getting Around
- There is not step-free access throughout this building.
- Floor 3 is a part of flat 8 only which is a dual-level flat.
- Floor surfaces along all circulation routes are carpeted and smooth.
- There are no resting areas in circulation areas.
- Overhead and wall mounted wayfinding signage is limited throughout this building.
