- Peter Landin Teaching Rooms is a large building with five floors.
- There are two main lifts and two main staircases within the building.
- The floors are signed as the ground floor, floor 1, floor 2, floor 3 and floor 4.
- There is internal step-free access on the ground floor between Drapers' Bar and Kitchen ('The Lounge') and the Peter Landin Teaching Rooms.

Getting Inside
- The approach to the building is step-free and level.
- The Peter Landin Teaching Rooms has one external entrance.
The entrance provides step-free ramped access to the ground floor.
There are double, manual doors with one door locked at this entrance. - The external entrance is signed as the Peter Landin Teaching Rooms.
- The external entrance provides step-free ramped access to the foyer and lift lobby on the ground floor.
- The building can also be accessed internally via a single automatic door from Drapers' Bar and Kitchen, which has its own external entrance.
Getting Around
- There is step-free level access throughout the building on all floors.
- Floors 1 and 2 are not a part of the Peter Landin Teaching Rooms but are part of the Qmotion Health and Fitness Centre Sports Hall.
- Floor surfaces along all circulation routes are hard and smooth or carpeted and smooth.
- There are no resting areas in most circulation or lobby areas, excluding the ground floor foyer where there is a chair without armrests.
- Overhead and wall mounted wayfinding signage is provided throughout the building.
- There are manual doors along circulation routes throughout the building.

- The lift has a level manoeuvring space in front of it for a wheelchair user (150cm x 150cm).

- The external lift control buttons have tactile markings and a high visual contrast.
- All of the external lift controls are at a suitable height for a wheelchair user.
