- Breakout Space 38 04 08 is located in Langsett Building as an open plan area adjacent to Office (Access Controlled) - 38 04 07, accessed on the right out of the east wing lift lobby, and turning right again, 6m from the lift.

- The most accessible route has step-free level access, a lift, manual doors and patterned flooring.
- There is no signage on or near the entrance.
- There is step-free level access into Breakout Space 38 04 08.
- There is alternative access out of the West Wing Lift lobby via an entrance in Social Learning 38 04 11, which is 15m from the lift.
