Getting To (Progressive Care Unit - PCU)
- The most accessible route from the Firth Close Accessible Parking has step-free level access, uneven surfaces, a dropped kerb with tactile paving and a pedestrian crossing.

- Access to the Progressive Care Unit - PCU is via the Chesterman Wing - Entrance 11.
- There is not a drop-off point at this entrance.

- The Progressive Care Unit - PCU is located on level D of the Chesterman Building.
- The Progressive Care Unit - PCU is approximately 39m from the Chesterman Wing - NGL 12 and 14 lifts.
- Enter the hospital via the Chesterman Wing - entrance 11 and proceed to the main corridor and turn right.
Take a lift on the right to level D.
On exiting the lift take the corridor to the left and continue through the double doors.
Turn left through the shared entrance to the Progressive Care Unit/Chesterman 4/Cardiothoracic Theatre Admissions Unit.
Go to the end of the corridor then turn right and the Progressive Care Unit - PCU will be directly ahead. - Internally the most accessible route has step-free level access, a lift, manual doors and doors permanently held open.
- Some flooring along the route is shiny .
