Parking and Public Transport

- The venue shares a car park which has Blue Badge parking available.
- The nearest parking is located in front of K Block.

Getting Inside
- There is a mostly level approach to the building.
- There are 5 entrances into the building.
- There is a manual set of double doors leading into L Building on the ground floor of the building which has level access.
- There is a manual single door leading into the L Building on the ground floor of the building which has level access.
- There is a manual single door entrance that leads into L39 Human Performance Laboratory 2 with a slight slope leading to it.
- There are two entrances into M Building one at the front and centre of the building leading to the lift and the main areas of the building and one towards the front right of the building leading to a staircase and the M Building ground floor toilets. Both these entrances have slight ramps to access them and sets of automatic double doors.
- The double and single door entrances into L Building are signed as L Building.
- There is a manual single door entrance that leads into L39 Human Performance Laboratory 2. This has signage stating L39 Performance Laboratory 2.
- The entrance in the centre of M Building has signage saying L Building, M2 and Lift.
- The entrance towards the front right of M Building has signage saying M Building.
- The most accessible entrance into the building is the central M Building entrance which has a set of double automatic doors accessed by a slight ramp.
- The most accessible entrance to access the main areas of the ground floor within L Building is located on the left side of the building and consists of a set of double doors with level access.
- L21-L38 and L1 Nutrition Suite have step-free access from the two main L Building entrances only.
- The M Building right entrance provides the main route into the M Building ground floor toilets. The alternative route requires heading through room M2 to access the M Building toilets.
Getting Around
- There is step-free access throughout the building via a lift and by using different entrances to access different areas.
- L21-L38 and L1 Nutrition Suite have step-free access from two main the L Block entrances only to reach these areas. From the rest of the building there is a set of three clearly marked 18cm steps.

Access to the M Block toilet facilities on the ground floor can only be accessed step-free by the M Block entrance to the right of the building or by going through room M2.
- L39 Performance laboratory 2 is accessed by its own step free external entrance.

Step-free access into room M101 is only available by going through room M102.
- Step-free access into rooms M203 and M204 is only by going through a laboratory on the second floor.
- There is a steep ramp with a width of 14cm and handrails on either side to access rooms L2-L5 from M Block ground floor. Alternatively this area can be accessed from L Block via a set of three clearly marked 18cm steps.
- Access to L Block on the first floor is only available via a slight ramp with handrails on either side.
- Access to L Block rooms L201-L206B and L210 on the second floor is only available via a steep ramp with handrails on either side.
- The circulation routes have a mixture of carpeted and shiny flooring.
- There are seating and resting areas throughout the building.
- There is signage located throughout much of the building.
