- Student Services is located In front of you on exiting the 1850 lift on the second floor of J Block and 1850. .

- The most accessible route has step-free level access and a lift.
- There is written text signage on or near the entrance.

- There are double automatic doors which open towards you.

Reception
- The reception is located to your left on entrance.
- The distance from Student Services entrance is 5m.

- There is a portable hearing assistance system which is not clearly signed.
- The hearing assistance system was tested and working at the time of the survey.
- There is no (or very little) background noise in this area.
