- Room 3D.03 is located on the third floor of Forrest Hill, to the right from the lift and beyond the stairs.

- The most accessible route has step-free level access, a lift, manual doors, automatic doors and narrow walkways.
- There is tactile and pictorial signage on or near the entrance.
- There is step-free level access into Room 3D.03.
- There is a single manual door which opens away from you.

- There is a 153cm high keypad entry system.
