Access To
- 5.21 - Evo Boardroom is located on the fifth floor of ECA Evolution House, to the left as you exit the lift lobby.
- View information on ECA Evolution House (opens new tab) .
- The most accessible route has a lift, a steep ramp or slope and manual doors.
- There is no signage on or near the entrance.
- There is step-free level access to enter 5.21 - Evo Boardroom.
- There are double manual doors which open by sliding.
- The width of the opening is 265cm.
- The doors have a low visual contrast.
- The doors were out of order at the time of the survey (07/01/2024) and permanently held open.
Teaching
- This is a meeting room.
- There is step-free level access throughout the room.
- There is room for a wheelchair user to manoeuvre (150cm x 150cm).
- There is not a hearing assistance system.
- Floor coverings are not even and could potentially cause a trip hazard.
- The walls and floor have a high visual contrast.
- Lighting levels were even at the time of the survey.
- There are no designated spaces for wheelchair users.
- There is space for an assistance dog to rest.

- Furniture available in the room includes: tables.
- Some tables are fixed.
- The surface heights are suitable for wheelchair users.
- The clear underside space of the surfaces is not suitable for wheelchair users.
