- The School of Geoscience is split into two buildings, this guide focuses on the building which is located on the left side of the Old Surgeon's Hall. This building is home to G10 Drummond Library Seminar Room and offices.
- All services for this building are found on the ground floor.

Getting Inside
- The approach to the building is step free.
- The approach to the building from High School Yards is step-free. But the approach from Drummonds street and it's car park is stepped and ramped.
- There is only one entrance into The School of Geosciences. This is through an automatic single door followed by a manual single door.
- The main entrance is provides step-free access to all rooms within the building.
Getting Around
- There is step-free level access throughout the building.
- On the ground floor, there is a slight slope in the corridor leading to Office Rooms G.05/08/06/03/04/02/01.
The ramp is located just outside G.07, beyond the accessible toilet. - The floor surfaces along all circulation routes are hard and smooth, the type of flooring is carpet which have some repeating patterns throughout.
- There is a resting area in the main corridor with a mixture of seating, from chairs with armrests on both sides to chairs with no armrests.
The are similar and have a maximum surface height of 74cm and a minimum underside height of 69cm. - Wayfinding signage is not provided throughout the building, but all rooms are signed with written text and numbered signage.
- There are no manual doors in any circulation corridors.
