Access To
- Student Administration and Support Services is located on the ground floor of Minto House, to the right as you enter, or to the left from the lift.

- The most accessible route has slight ramps or slopes, manual doors, shiny flooring and patterned flooring.
- The slope has a slight gradient.
- The ramp is over 150cm wide with handrails on both sides.
Reception
- The reception is located to the right of the ground floor.
- The distance from the accessible entrance is 40m.
- The most accessible route to reception has manual doors.
- There is step-free level access to reception.
- The height of the reception desk is 99cm.
- There is not a lowered section at the desk.
- The reception has windows.
- There is not a hearing assistance system.
- There is no (or very little) background noise in this area.
- The flooring is shiny.
- Lighting levels were even at the time of the survey.
- There is room for a wheelchair user to manoeuvre in the seating area (150cm x 150cm).
- There is space for an assistance dog to rest in the seating area.
- Seating available in this area includes: chairs without armrests and benches.
- Some chairs are fixed.
