Overview

Getting Inside

  • The approach to the building is step-free via slight slope.
  • There are two entrances to the Chaplaincy Centre.
  • The ground floor external entrance is push-pad activated with double automatic doors and step-free level access. This is the main entrance into the building.
  • The first floor link entrance from the Potterrow EUSA building is a single manual door.

Getting Around

  • There is step-free level access throughout the building on all floors. .
  • Access to the first floor will require using either 22 clearly marked steps with handrails on both sides or using the lift via the Potterrow building.
  • Floor surfaces throughout are smooth with some having a shiny finish.
  • There are resting areas just beyond the main entrance lobby with a mixture of seating types available.

  • There are some manual doors along the circulation routes in the building.
