Access To
- The Boardroom - Meeting Room 4 is located on the first floor, off the balcony at the top of the stairs within South Hall.
- The room has two entrances, the alternative entrance being to the left at the top of the spiral staircase leading up from the Holland Foyer.

- The most accessible route has steps, manual doors, doors permanently held open, narrow walkways, shiny flooring and patterned flooring.
- There is no signage on or near the entrance.
- There is step-free level access to enter Boardroom - Meeting Room 4.
- There are double manual doors which open both ways.
- The width of the opening is 140cm.
- The doors have a low visual contrast.
- The alternative entrance has a double manual door (with one leaf locked), that opens away from you (push) to a width of 53cm. The doors at this entrance have a low colour contrast with the surrounding walls and are signed as "Meeting Room 4".

- The distance from the South Hall Complex main entrance (second set of doors) is 38m.
- There is step-free level access throughout the room.
- There is room for a wheelchair user to manoeuvre (150cm x 150cm).
- There is space for an assistance dog to rest.
- The flooring is shiny.
- The walls and floor visual contrast varies between low and high.
- Seating available in the room includes: chairs without armrests.
- Furniture available in the room includes: tables.
- The surface heights are suitable for wheelchair users.
- The clear underside space of the surfaces is suitable for wheelchair users.
