- Element Café is located on the ground floor of the Murchison House building and is directly to the right as you enter via the main entrance.

- The most accessible route has step-free level access and shiny flooring.
- There is step-free level access to enter the café area.
- The café is open plan and has no doors to enter.

- This area has numerous seating options, staff who can provide assistance with ordering and a counter where food and drink can be ordered.
- Full table service is available on request only.
- Menus are wall-mounted.
- The following dietary requirements can be catered for: gluten free, nut allergy, vegetarian and vegan.
- The following are available: drinking straws, takeaway cups and takeaway cutlery.
- There is a clearly signed fixed hearing assistance system.
- The hearing assistance system was tested and working at the time of the survey.
