Access To
- Lecture Theatre 1 is located on the ground floor, off the rear corridor at the rear left of the building.

- The most accessible route has a slight ramp or slope, manual doors, automatic doors and shiny flooring.
- The ramp has a slight gradient.
- The ramp is between 75cm and 150cm wide with handrails on both sides.
- The only step-free route to Lecture Theatre 1 is via The Faraday and Hudson Beare Building.
- There is written text signage on or near the entrance.
- There is step-free level access to enter Lecture Theatre 1.
- There are double manual doors which open away from you.
- One of the doors was locked at the time of the survey.
- The width of the opening is 162cm.
- The doors have a high visual contrast.
