- The Alan Gilbert Café is on the ground floor of the Alan Gilbert Learning Common ahead from the main entrance.
- This area has designated seating, staff who can provide assistance with ordering and a counter where food and drink can be ordered.
- Menus are available on a board.
- The following dietary requirements can be catered for: gluten free, dairy free, lactose free, nut allergy, vegetarian and vegan.
- The following are available: drinking straws, takeaway cups and takeaway cutlery.
- There is not a hearing assistance system.
- There is a standalone touch screen payment facility for cold food and drink.
The highest touch screen button is 146cm.
The lowest area is at a height of 107cm on the payment pad.
