- Brook Hall is located on the Victoria Park Campus, off Upper Brook Street.
- It is made up of 10 accommodation blocks. The accommodation block surveyed was D Block.
- Blocks A, B, D and F have 5 floors.
Blocks C, E, G, H, J and K have 4 floors. - Brook Hall is made up of around 438 bedrooms.
- There are no rooms with adaptations.
- Standard accommodation has ensuites with stepped shower cubicles.
- Kitchen and dining facilities are available on all floors of the accommodation buildings.
There are laundry facilities located next to Block F.

Getting Inside
- The paths leading to all accommodation buildings are step-free with some slight gradients.
- There is step-free approach via slight ramps to blocks H, J and K from Blackstock Street.
All other blocks are accessed from the courtyard. - There is 1 entrance into each accommodation block.
There are automatic doors at each accommodation block.
All automatic doors are sliding except blocks D and F which open outwards. - The entrances are not signed but are named with the block name.
Getting Around
- There is step-free level access throughout the building on all floors.
- Floor surfaces along circulation routes are hard and smooth or carpeted and smooth.
- Wall mounted signage is provided throughout the building.
- There are manual doors on each floor to each flat.
