- There are double automatic doors which are permanently held open.

- IT Support Centre is open during normal building opening hours.
Reception
- The reception is located straight ahead after the accessible entrance.
- The distance from the accessible entrance is 6m.
- There is step-free level access to reception.
- The height of the reception desk is 105cm.
- There is not a lowered section at the desk.
- There is not a hearing assistance system.
- There is no (or very little) background noise in this area.
- There is room for a wheelchair user to manoeuvre in the seating area (150cm x 150cm).
