That's why TUI has partnered with AccessAble to carry out professional accessibility assessments at a selection of our most popular hotels.
This pioneering partnership is among the first of its kind for overseas holiday accommodation. The information gathered through these assessments is used to create Detailed Access Guides, providing customers with clear, factual information about hotel facilities and accessibility features before they book.
By making accessibility information easier to find and understand, we aim to give customers greater confidence and choice when planning their holidays.
