Access Guide
Getting to (Alexander's Bar)
- Alexander's Bar is located to the rear left as you enter the hotel lobby.
- The most accessible route has step-free level access.
- The nearest toilet with adaptations for disabled people is on level -1 - next to Café Royal, please click here for more information (new tab).
Entrance (Alexander's Bar)
- The entrance to the bar is located to the rear left of the hotel lobby.
- There is step-free level access at the entrance to the bar.
- There is a manual door at the entrance, which is permanently open.
- The width of the door opening is 99cm.
- The door has a medium colour contrast.
- A member of resort staff is available for assistance at this entrance.
Bar (Alexander's Bar)
- The bar serves drinks and has full table service.
- Menus are handheld, online, digital, large print and mobile phone app.
- Food served includes: a modern bar menu and drinks only.
- The following dietary requirements can be catered for: gluten free, dairy free, lactose free, nut allergy, vegetarian and vegan.
- Guests with food allergies cannot bring their own food.
- The following are available: drinking straws, takeaway cups and a portable card machine for payment.
- There is no hearing assistance system.
- There is background noise.
- None of the counters are at the recommended height for wheelchair users (between 76cm - 85cm).
- There is step-free level access around the area.

There are non-adjustable chairs with armrests on both sides. The desks are 75cm high with a clear underside space of 70cm.
