Access Guide
Getting to (Havana Entertainment Venue)
- Havana entertainment venue is located to the rear of the hotel on level -1.
Exit the main lift - left of reception on level -1, turn left and exit the building. Havana entertainment venue is immediately to your right. - The most accessible route has step-free level access, a lift, automatic doors and an open entrance with no doors.

- The surface of the outdoor paths leading to the pool area are uneven (cobbles and crazy paving).

- The entertainment area is outside.
- There is step-free level access into the area.
- The area does not have a hearing assistance system.
- Some flooring is shiny.
- The flooring outside is hard.
- There is step-free level access around the area.
- The entertainment area has: tables which are accessible to wheelchair users (between 70cm - 80cm and free from obstruction), chairs with armrests and sun loungers.
- There is not room for wheelchair users to manoeuvre (150cm x 150cm) throughout this area.
