  • There is a manual door at the entrance, which is permanently open.
  • The width of the door opening is 82cm.
  • There is a revolving door to the left of this entrance, which has a width of 165cm.

Reception

  • There is step-free level access to reception.
  • The reception desk is too high for a wheelchair user.
  • The reception does not have a hearing assistance system.
  • There is hard flooring.

Getting Around the Building

  • This building contains a main reception, shops, bars, restaurants and an indoor pool.
  • The building has multiple floors which can be accessed via lift.
  • All areas of the building have step-free level, or lift, access.
  • The lift door opening width is 100cm.
  • The dimensions of the lift are 130cm x 175cm.

Toilet with Adaptations for Disabled People (Lobby Area - Male Toilets - Right Hand Transfer)

  • There is step-free level access into the toilet.
  • There is pictorial signage on or near the toilet door.
  • The toilet door is manual, opens outwards and has a high colour contrast with the surrounding walls.
  • The width of the toilet door opening is 90cm.
  • The toilet door has a sliding bolt lock.
  • The dimensions of the cubicle are 140cm x 160cm and it does not have a 150cm x 150cm turning space.
  • There is a lateral transfer space to the right of the toilet as you look at it.
  • The lateral transfer space is 100cm (from the side of the toilet pan to the wall).
  • There is a push button flush on the wall above the cistern.
  • There is a dropdown rail on the transfer side.
  • Grab rails in the toilet include: a horizontal grab rail on the non transfer side.
  • Fixtures within the toilet include: a toilet roll holder.
  • The toilet has no mirror.
  • There is no shelf in the toilet.
  • The cubicle has no disposal facilities.
  • There are no coat hooks.
