Resort Information

This adults-only sea-front resort is located in Elounda, northeast Crete.
The resort is set on a hillside with steep ramps and many steps. It consists of two main buildings and several two and three-storey accommodation bungalows. There are 3 lifts.
This resort has the following facilities: swimming pools and restaurants.
The resort has 237 rooms available. None of these rooms have adaptations for disabled people.
Adjoining rooms are not available.
There are 4 restaurants.
There are 4 swimming pools (excluding room pools).
Toilet and changing facilities available include: a toilet with some adaptations for disabled people and standard toilets.
Toilet facilities with some adaptations for disabled people can be found on level -1 and next to the main restaurant.
Standard toilet facilities can be found on level -1 and next to the main restaurant.
There is a medication fridge at the reception.
Guests cannot hire mobility equipment from the resort.
Guests can hire mobility equipment locally.
The resort has a list of local suppliers.
Guests can use their own mobility scooter at the resort.
The guests can store and charge their mobility scooters in their rooms.
We have been told that assistance dogs are not allowed in the resort.
This resort is aware of the Sunflower Lanyard Scheme.
There is not a Safe/Quiet Place available in the resort but a space could be made available on request.
WiFi is available throughout the resort.
The beach is only accessed by several steep, unmarked steps.

The entrance to the resort is located off Epar Od Agiou Nikolaou-Vrouchas in Elounda, Crete.

The ramp is steep, between 75cm and 150cm wide, with no handrails.
There is a manual door at the entrance, which opens towards you.
The width of the door opening is 137cm.

There is step-free level access to reception.
There is a reception desk at a suitable height for a wheelchair user.
The reception does not have a hearing assistance system.
There is hard flooring.
The height of the reception desk is 116cm. The height of the check-in table is 80cm.
The rear exit door is manual and is 300cm wide.

This building contains a main reception, shops, bars, restaurants, a gym and sports courts.
The building has multiple floors which can be accessed via stairs, lift and ramp.
