Access Guide
Getting to the Room (1002 - Block 10)
- The average walking time to the room is 5 minutes.
- Exit reception via the main entrance doors and turn right. Head down the ramp and straight across the paved area to Block 10 in front of you.
Turn right and continue along the pathway to the rooms. The door to room number 1002 is on the left, up one step. - The most accessible route to the room has step-free level access, a step, a slight ramp/slope and automatic doors.
- The majority of the walkways on route to the room are between 120cm and 180cm.
Room (1002)
- This room has no adaptations for disabled people. There are no rooms with adaptations for disabled people at this resort.
- There is not step-free access into the room.
- There is 1 step, which is unmarked, with no handrails.
- The room door is manual, opens inwards and has a high colour contrast.
- The room door opening is 87cm wide.
- The bed type is made from two single beds pushed together.
- The top of the mattress is 58cm from the floor.
- The space under the bed is 6cm high.
- Furniture cannot be moved to enable a turning space (150cm x 150cm) next to the bed.
- The room does have an emergency alarm.
- There is hard flooring.
- The width of the balcony door is 92cm.
Ensuite (1002)
- The ensuite door opens away from you and has an opening width of 74cm.
- There is not room for a wheelchair user to turn in the ensuite (150cm x 150cm).

- The facilities in the ensuite include: a toilet, a wash basin and a shower head over the bath.
- There is no lateral transfer space next to the toilet, as there is not enough space.
